While shopping on the website, you can access currency conversions, but they are only indicative of the current exchange rates. All transactions at checkout are processed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD). If your debit/credit card is not in KD, the final amount will be charged based on the exchange rate applicable on the day of the transaction as determined by your payment card issuer. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
LuxuriousGenie strives to promptly ship items to you, which is why we do not permit order cancellations. Instead, we provide the option to return an order after you have received it, subject to full compliance with our return policy.
RETURN POLICY
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return request by emailing us at [email protected]. All return requests must be made within 24 hours via email before shipping the item back to us to ensure prompt processing. Failure to obtain approval for the return request via email may result in the item being returned to you at your own expense, and your return request will be declined.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition. Items that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect, unused, unaltered condition with all tags attached. Damaged, soiled, used, or untagged items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs as well as any associated taxes, duties, or fees.

If you receive an item that is damaged, you are entitled to a full refund. Our team will evaluate your request and inform you whether the item qualifies as damaged or if it was delivered to you in such condition.
LuxuriousGenie holds the final decision in determining whether an item is damaged and assumes no liability if it is deemed otherwise (or if the damage is not attributable to LuxuriousGenie). Furthermore, LuxuriousGenie is only liable for refunding the value of the damaged item once it has been returned in the same condition as shipped. Please include images of the damaged item when contacting us to expedite the resolution process.
